The public website is hosted on REG.RU infrastructure. The current MX records for mika.help route mail to the Timeweb mail cluster. Authorised representatives of NPO Scientific Technologies LLC and the technical provider may process the data needed to deliver and store messages. Messages are retained until the request is resolved and afterwards only where contractual, claims, accounting or legal duties require it.
Optional analytics
Necessary hosting technologies support delivery, security and diagnostics. The analytics choice is stored for up to 180 days in trialeco_analytics_consent_v1 and trialeco_analytics_consent. If the visitor selects Necessary only, Yandex Metrica does not load. If the visitor allows analytics, Metrica may process a restricted page address, traffic source, language, section, device parameters, reading depth, video interactions, free-service opens and contact-funnel stages. Session replay, advertising pixels, form values, search text and medical data are disabled. The choice can be changed through Analytics settings in the footer.
No medical data
Do not send patient information, medical records, study identifiers or sensitive personal data through general contact channels.
