Current release

The operator for personal data contained in pilot, partnership, editorial and rights requests is NPO Scientific Technologies LLC. This release has no registration, account, subscription, server-side CRM form or marketing mailing. The contact form processes entries in the visitor's browser and prepares an email to help@mika.help. The website does not store the completed fields in its own database or send the email automatically; the visitor confirms sending in their email application. Recruit does not accept source medical documents and uses only synthetic structured fields kept in page memory. Protocol Guard may transmit a public or synthetic protocol without patient or confidential data to the Trialeco server and OpenAI Responses API with store:false. Hosting may process IP addresses, user-agent, timestamps and security logs. Optional Yandex Metrica loads only after the visitor allows analytics and receives a restricted page URL, referrer, language, section, de-identified events and device parameters. Session replay, advertising pixels, form contents, search text and medical data are disabled.

The public website is hosted on REG.RU infrastructure. The current MX records for mika.help route mail to the Timeweb mail cluster. Authorised representatives of NPO Scientific Technologies LLC and the technical provider may process the data needed to deliver and store messages. Messages are retained until the request is resolved and afterwards only where contractual, claims, accounting or legal duties require it.

The form may include a name, organisation, role, work email, optional phone and region, topic, module, timing, task and expected outcome. These details reach NPO Scientific Technologies LLC only after the visitor confirms sending in their email application. They are processed to answer the request, organise the requested communication, take requested pre-contract steps where applicable, protect legitimate interests and comply with legal duties. Do not send patient information, medical records, study identifiers or sensitive personal data.

International scope

Language alone does not make GDPR, UK GDPR, HIPAA or PIPL applicable. Scope depends on actual targeting, monitoring and processing. A jurisdiction-specific assessment is required before those activities are added.
